PictureTubular traffic markers by Bettina Pousttchi and a work by Bernar Venet in the background at Skulpturenpark Köln.
Skulpturenpark Köln in Cologne, Germany offers contemporary sculpture in a lovely old park along the river Rhine. Every two years, a new curatorial selection expands the dialogue between already existing and new works within their settings.

Köln Skulptur #7, the current exhibition, offers a new feature: Sou Fujimoto's open architecture, which serves to present smaller and wall-mounted works in a garden gallery setting.

Smaller-scale works by internationally renowned sculptors, such as Anish Kapoor, Bernar Venet or Dan Graham interact with the works by younger talents curated for Köln Skulptur #7. Noteworthy are Bethan Huws’ ladder and Bettina Pousttchi’s tubular traffic markers. ••• Christina Lanzl
